David has performed in a wide variety of roles in community theatre productions in Wimbledon and across South London and beyond for almost two decades. Some of his larger roles have included Leontes (The Winter’s Tale), Valmont (Liaison Dangereuse), Cromwell (Anne Boleyn), Henry (The Real Thing), Dr Mortimore (It Runs In The Family), Starkwedder (The Unexpected Guest), Charles (Blithe Spirit), Hartwright (The Woman In White), Hart (Nell Gwynn), Dorn (The Seagull), Wentworth (Persuasion), Hardcastle (She Stoops To Conquer), Chandler (Comic Potential), Glyn (Time of My Life), Edward (Albion), Gerald (Time and the Conways), Rod (Calendar Girls), Barry (Hi-de-hi) and Inspector Craddock (A Murder Is Announced). He has also played multiple roles in various productions including ‘Bronte’, ‘Three Men In A Boat’, ‘Ladies Day’ and ‘Xmas Carol’, and has written, directed and performed various short plays and songs. David trained at the Actors Temple, an acting school specialising in the Meisner approach.
